Thomas Porter first discovered a love of writing music as an 11-year-old, while teaching himself to play piano at home–refusing to take more lessons alongside his already gruelling school schedule and instead teaching himself piano so he could write music on his own. He then learned how to sing after signing up for the school play at 12–making one hell of an Artful Dodger in Oliver, and discovering how to project his voice in a whole new way. From this, the music of today’s Thomas Porter was finally born–producing, writing and mixing everything himself.
